How do I get my files after I pay?
A download link is emailed to you the moment your payment goes through, and the same link appears on the thank-you page. If the email has not arrived in five minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
What if I cannot open the file?
Reply to your receipt email and tell us what device you are on. We will send instructions for that exact device, or a different file format if that is easier.
Can I get a refund on a download?
Downloads cannot be returned once they have been sent, so please read what is included before you buy. If a file is broken or not what the page described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
Can I print the digital art and cards at home?
Yes. Everything is supplied at print resolution. Card stock from any office supply shop works well, and a local print shop can do it for a couple of dollars if you would rather not.
Am I allowed to sell what I buy here?
No. Everything here is for your own personal use, including gifts you make for friends and family. You cannot resell the files or use them in something you sell.
How long do shirts and hoodies take to arrive?
They are printed to order, so allow two to five business days for printing and then standard shipping time on top. You will get a tracking number by email once it leaves the print shop.
